Lord Home Builders is here to help you at all stages of initial planning with your vision to make it as clear as possible as to what you want, the budget you have, finding a block of land or moving out into alternative accommodation throughout an extension or renovation.

Drafting services that we offer range from either a simple set of drawings, a 3D render of your home we also offer a full design package giving you one on one sit down discussions with our expert designers to go through every little detail of what you want in your new home. Do you have your own plans? Brilliant, bring them with you to our initial meeting and we can discuss any queries you have.

 Finance, we offer you finance and or refinance facilities should you need them to find the best option for your individual circumstances. This is making sure you are looked after throughout and we have the best people possible to keep your mind at ease, additionally with ongoing support long after the build is complete.

Permits, once we have the final drawings including engineers and energy efficiency we will obtain a building permit from the council and give you a certificate for home indemnity insurance. Once we have ticked all the boxes we will move to construction.
