The main construction method we use is slab on ground, double brick with a stick (carpenter built) roof frame. The reason is that it is stronger, the most cost effective and precise way of building. The slab on ground is sturdy and protects from the elements including rising damp and termites. Double brick is extremely solid on top of keeping out all wind, rain and sun. The roof frame is individually cut onsite by our fully qualified roof carpenters so it fits together perfectly. We are open to any form of safe construction method.
