There are a range of options in which you can build a granny flat and here at Lord Home Builders we customise ourselves to fit your needs a few options are Open plan outdoor room, Poolside cabana  room, Granny flats with 1,2 & 3 bedrooms, Outdoor games room.
The main construction method we use is slab on ground, double brick with a stick (carpenter built) roof frame.

The reason is that it is stronger, the most cost effective and precise way of building.  The slab on ground is sturdy and protects from the elements including rising damp and termites. Double brick is extremely solid on top of keeping out all wind, rain and sun. The roof frame is individually cut onsite by our fully qualified roof carpenters so it fits together perfectly. If double brick is not for you we are open to any form of safe construction method.
